At Watford Injury Clinic, we are trained in "Problem finding" and providing the appropriate interventions. A "Massage" alone will rarely fix an on going, Chronic issue and multiple modalities may be required, such as an in depth assessment, followed by the relevant manual therapy techniques - then corrective exercises.
